The North Dakota Retriever Club (NDRC) is pleased to host another Gun Dog Day on Saturday May 6 at their grounds on U.S. Highway 10 near Glyndon, MN. Gun Dog Days is your chance to expose your retriever to decoys, real birds, duck/goose calls, gun shots, duck boats, duck blinds and the excitement of real hunting.
You and your retriever will experience real hunting scenarios on land and water with real birds. NDRC will provide seasoned dog handlers/trainers at each station and offer training and handling tips. No dog is too inexperienced. You will also learn about AKC Retriever Hunt Tests - a fast growing recreational sport that will help keep your dog in top hunting form. Lunch will be available at the clubhouse. Come for the hunt, food, and fun. A small fee will be charged for non-members.
